3060017 - Access Database table ownername contains garbled characters - Data Services

• Importing a table into an Access Database Datastore will be successful, but the ownername will show garbled characters
• When trying to use the table it will fail with the following error:
  Error "The Database error message is <SQL submitted to ODBC data source <dbname> resulted in error <[Microsoft][ODBC Microsoft Access Driver] Not a valid file name.> the SQL submitted is <Select id, field1, field2, from "->->->".<dbname>. >.>.
