How to change the Language label in the External Career Site, in Recruiting Management?

As recruiting inherits this configuration from the general configuration of the instance, the way to do it is by replacing the LOCALE Key of the Language you are looking to update on the languages you have inside the Text Replacement feature:

1. Access Text Replacement on your instance, and select one of the languages you have there, on this example we will change English on the English language, but remember that it must be changed for all Languages if you use multiple ones;
2. Select the English US (English US) on the list:
   
3. Now, search for the key LOCALE_en_US to change the label of English for this language, and type in for example "English":
   
4. Now access the External Career Site, using the English language and look for the languages at the top, and you will see the way it was setup on the Text Replacement:
   

It is important to mention, once again, that the change of the label takes effect only when looking at the Language you have added the new label change. For example, if you would like that regardless of the Language the user is using, to see English US as "English" only, it would be necessary to apply this same change into all the other languages available on your Text Replacement.

A caveat of implementing this change, is that in case you do change the label of a language using Text Replacement, this change will be applied to the whole environment. So, on this case, users using the English language will see English US as "English" everywhere on the instance:
