3060316 - ACL active although Business Function OPS_PS_CI_1 is inactive

Symptom

  • CJ07: error "You are not authorized to execute XXXXX action XXXX" message no. CNACL_MSG_CL028 occurs despite that the authorization check in SU53 shows no errors.
  • CJ20N: when creating a network diagram, the system automatically generates an ACL entry even though the Business Function OPS_PS_CI_1 is inactive in SFW5. 
  • CJ20N: opening a Network, the system issues error "No authorization for Display Network" Message no. CNPB009 (despite not having ACL activated). 

Note: this issue only occurs since the system conversion from ECC to S/4HANA.
