In the GTS system, the following runtime error is recorded in transaction ST22 (ABAP Runtime Errors)

    Runtime Errors: DYNPRO_SEND_IN_BACKGROUND
    Exception: CX_SY_SEND_DYNPRO_NO_RECEIVER
    ABAP Program: SAPLBUPA_TAX_CHECK
    Application Component: CA-CTF-CSC

    What happened:
    Error in the ABAP application program.
    The current ABAP program "SAPLBUPA_TAX_CHECK" had to be terminated
    because it found a statement that could not be executed.

This runtime error may occur if a user tries to use the program RBDMIDOC (Creating IDoc Type from Change Pointers),
in the feeder system.
