3060392 - Import Employee Data file validation fails - showing failed on Monitor Jobs

File validation for Biographical Information import through Import Employee Data is failing with error no message, just failing on Monitor Jobs

Issue is happening when there is like 10+ users being updated on the file, for less users it is working with no issues.

On provisioning (for partner or support), you will see that the error matches Error Code [KB-1] Error GUID [6152117a-cad2-4219-a6d0-e9919812584f].

SAP SuccessFactors HXM Suite

1. Navigate to Import Employee Data.
2. Select the action you want to perfor...: Import Data 
3. Select an entity: Biographical Information
4. Browse/Attach File: select the file that you want to import
5. Click Validate Import File Data;
6. You will receive a message to check on Monitor Jobs
7. Navigate to Monitor Jobs;
8. Job will be shown as failed;

The cause is that by the settings not allowing to run the job for multiple users.

For solution, check/follow the steps below:

1. Go to Admin Center -> Company System and Logo Settings;
2. On Maximum threadpool size for Employee Central and Foundation data imports(maximum allowed is 5), set it to 5;
3. On Set a batch size for employee and foundation data imports. (Enter a value between 1-100), set it to 50 (recommended).
   • In case your file is over 50 user updated and is still failing, test to change batch size to 100.
