3060435 - Pre day 1 candidate is not seeing the Complete Paperwork tile

Symptom

Complete Paperwork tile is not displayed in Latest home page of candidate.

Reproducing the Issue

Access instance as candidate
Homepage > For You Today

Complete paperwork tile is missing.

Cause

Cause 1 - Pre day 1 candidates lack View permission to OnboardingCandidateInfo. - In 1H 2021 release (b2105), this change was introduced to avoid error while system is pulling OnboardingCandidateInfo-related data.
Cause 2 - Complete Paperwork tile is not supported to display for Pre-day 1 disabled Onboarding 1.0.

Resolution

Solution 1 - Add view permission of OnboardingCandidateInfo under Miscellaneous Permissions to Pre day 1 candidates.
Solution 2 - Expected behavior based on 1H 2022 release (b2205) in the Latest Homepage in Onboarding 1.0.

You can migrate existing Complete Paperwork tasks to the latest home page by triggering the Migrate Onboarding 1.0 Data to Card Service job in Provisioning. Existing Complete Paperwork tasks that are created or modified in the past 365 days are being migrated to the latest home page. Older Complete Paperwork tasks are accessible in the To Do List side panel. The Complete Paperwork to-do task for Onboarding 1.0 new hires appears on the latest home page after the New Employee Step is initiated.
