3060508 - Send Email functionality not working in any of the KPI tiles

Symptom

Send Email functionality not working in any of the KPI tiles with the following error in console:

Component-preload.js:125 Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'getKey' of undefined

at Object.<anonymous> (Component-preload.js:125)

at p (jquery-dbg.js:3192)

at Object.add [as done] (jquery-dbg.js:3251)

at ssuite.smartbusiness.runtime.s1.lib.AppStateManager.setAppStateDataToKey (Component-preload.js:99)
