Resolution

Please refer to KBA : 2088010 to enable Admin Alert 2.0 tile.

Select the workflows that needs to be declined together, If the check box next to "Request Type" is selected then first 20 workflows gets selected, if more workflows needs to be selected then scroll down and once all the required workflows to be declined selected, Click on Action > Select Decline option.
