3060713 - Picklist mfield - "Custom Sorting" is not working as expected - Recruiting Management

Scenario: Multiple mfield fields are defined in Job Req Template. The fields are picklist linked as Parent - Child
Both Parent and Child picklist are using Custom Order.

Issue: Not always the picklist fallow the "Custom Order" defined in the setting.

This a product limitation, please consider  he behaviour below as the expected behaviour: Custom order is honoured for Child picklists only, but not for Parent picklist.
