3060714 - Infopackage using UD connect type source system can't get data in process chain

Symptom 1:
When you run an infopackage immediately from SAP GUI, it can get data successfully from datasource which loads data from UD connect type source system, but when it was run in process chain, the data loading will hang, then reported error at last.

Symptom 2: 

From the datasource proposal tab, try to see proposal data, you get the error message:

Connection to source system <UD connect type source system technical name> not working. Check source system.
Message No. RSDS_ACCESS018

Also from rsa1, source system <UD connect type source system technical name> -> context menu -> check, can see the connection error:

Check failed for RFC connection UDI_JAVA_RDS ; check destination RSAR 7
