3060850 - US Compliance form CA Notice to Employee is not being generated for the candidate - Onboarding 1.0

The candidate who is Onboarded with Work State California does not receive the form “CA Notice to Employees”.

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 1.0

1. Run a new candidate through Onboarding 1.0 Onboarding process.
2. Select Work State for the candidate to be California.
3. Candidate does not get form CA Notice to employee when it is expected they should.

Work State was not calculated correctly.

These are conditions that need to be met for this form to be generated for Candidate.

1. Work state needs to be set to California and the FLAStatus needs to be Not Exempt
2. FLAStatus is selected in the “JobInformation” Panel in Step 1 of the onboarding process.

For example;

1. WorkState = CA
2. FLAStatus = NE

ONB 1.0, Onboarding 1.0, Notice, CA, CA Notice, CA Notice to Employees, USA Compliance , KBA , LOD-SF-OBD-PAN , Panels, Panel Designer , Problem
