Symptom

Workflows such as Incident Investigation Step (WS00500032) or Incident Lifecycle (WS00500001) are going into Error.

In the workflow log there are the following errors:

  • Object '&1' method '&2' cannot be executed - Message no. WL821
  • Dereferencing of the NULL reference - Message no. W8899
  • Exception CX_SY_REF_IS_INITIAL raised by CL_SWF_UTL_RUN_CLIF_METHOD====CCIMP in line 86 with text - Message no. SWF_RUN647
