3060949 - Date and Tims measures cannot be used in charts in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)

Symptom

When trying to use a DATE or TIMS measure (or Key Figure) in a chart, those measures are not available to use. However, if you try to use them in a table, the DATE and TIMS measures can be used.
