When creating new Installment Plan in C4C, the system is selecting all documents at once automatically.

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to the Utilities work center.
  2. Go to the Contract Account.
  3. Open contract account ABC (ABC represents the ID of the contract account).
  4. Click Payment Arrangements.
  5. In the Installment Plans table, click New.
  6. In the open popup, see that all the documents were selected automatically in the Open Items table.


When creating new Installment Plan, all the open items will be selected by default.
