Recruiting does not offer such feature.
SAP provides a channel where you can propose, discuss, and vote on ideas to improve the product, you could raise an Enhancement Request for your suggestion ( following KBA 2090228 ), and then create a topic on Customer Community to give visibility on this Request ( following KBA 2893370 ).
