3061309 - Billing Block and Release Reason Changes Done In C4C Not Replicated to ISU

When making changes to billing blocks and release reason in C4C, they are not replicated into to ISU. However, when changing billing block or release reason in the ISU, it is replicated to C4C.

You are changing the billing block and reason for contracts and not contract account.

The contracts table is not replicated, but fetched real time from S4. Once the change is done in C4C, the changes are reflected in that contracts table (if not, a refresh might be required).
