SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 1.0

Prerequisite: Set up DRTM Purge as per KBA 2638035 

1. Log into SAP SuccessFactors HCM
2. Navigate to Data Retention Management
3. Create new purge request
4. Enter relevant purge information
5. Submit purge
6. Approve pending purge request in Purge Request Monitor
7. Check purge in Approved Requests
8. Upon checking the purged data Offboarding candidates are not purged
9. Offboarding records were not deleted

This is expected behaviour. DRTM Purge will only remove Onboarding data as it is dependent on the Onboarding Candidate Information and criteria is provided within DRTM Onboarding Candidate Information. As offboardees do not have Onboarding Candidate Information they are not included in any purge.

Please log an enhancement request in the community portal

In order to remove the Offboarding data this would need to be done manually. This can be done by deleting offboardees from Manage Employees. For further information please review KBA 2638035  - How to Bulk/Mass Delete an Activity in Manage Employees - Onboarding 1.0 [Settings]

If multiple offboardees need to be removed please raise a support case.
