3061399 - WARNING: Replication Agent for MYSERVER.mydb is sleeping due to memory controls - SRS

Symptom

  • Replication is very slow, seems to have stopped
  • The error log shows:
    WARNING #14141 REP AGENT(MYSERVER.mydb) - neric/exec/execint.c(389)
             WARNING: Replication Agent for MYSERVER.mydb is sleeping due to memory controls (EXEC threshold '80 percent') being triggered.
     
  • The server is again slow, then sometime later - The errorlog shows:
    WARNING #14142 REP AGENT(MYSERVER.mydb) - neric/exec/execint.c(443)
            WARNING CANCEL: Replication Agent for MYSERVER.mydb was awakened because memory usage is below the memory control threshold ('80 percent').
  • How can this problem be resolved?
