3061416 - Candidate search by Multiple Background Element does not return correct results - Recruiting

• When searching for candidates using the Candidate Search feature and using Background Elements on the filter criteria in the Application, candidates meeting with any one criterion in the background element group, will be shown in the results.
• The results are different when same query is built as an Adhoc report.

This is working as designed. The candidate search capability, using the application search, does not support searching on more than one field of the same background element. However, this is not a restriction for reporting.
