• How to reassign a Hiring Manager's Manager (GM) role in a job requisition?
• We have Hiring Manager's Manager (GM) in a route map. How can we reassign it to someone else? Is it possible to do it through Reassign Job Requisition?

As of now, the Reassign Job Requisition feature doesn't have the option to reassign the Hiring Manager's Manager because this role is a convention based on the Hiring Manager, so this role, although it exists and it is valid, it's not really a Recruiting Operator Role like Recruiter (R), Originator (O), Hiring Manager (G), and so on.

As it is a convention, a way that you can reassign a job requisition to another person, another Hiring Manager's Manager would be by reassigning the Hiring Manager operator to someone else, so consequently it will reassign the Hiring Manager's Manager accordingly. It will reassign the Hiring Manager's Manager step in the Job Requisition's route map, even if you're trying to reassign it when the job requisition is in the Hiring Manager's Manager's step.
