3061472 - Problem assigning new Predefined Roles after SEN Upgrade

Symptom

After an upgrade you notice new roles, but you are unable to assign them.

  • After upgrade to Release 2105/version 10.5.2 there were two new predefined roles:
    • SAP Companion Administrators (Formerly Web Assistant Administrators)
    • Snippet Authors
  • When you attempt to assign the new role to a user, you see the error "A server error occurred"

Note: In SAP Enable Now, "workarea" was officially renamed to "workspace" starting with the Release 2411 (Version 10.8.9)
