3061632 - Flag Plan in Classic MRP does not work

Symptom

Advanced Planning flag (MARC-PPSKZ) has been set in Material Master and Plan in Classic MRP (PLAN_IN_ABAP) has been also set in transaction MD_MRP_FORCE_CLASSIC. It It is expected that the flag Plan in Classic MRP could prevent the material to be sent to PP/DS planning and plan the material in classic MRP.

However, the material is planned by PP/DS. In this case it is not clear which flag has higher priority.
