3061757 - Outbound Warehouse Task id cannot be retrieved by Sales Order number for shipments that have more than 1 Sales order in Execution Work Center

Outbound logistics task KLM that have an association with more than 1 Sales Order DEF & GHI cannot be retrieved by Sales Order number DEF or GHI.*KLM refer to Outbound task id,*DEF & *GHI refers to Sales Order id.

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Navigate to Execution Work Center 
2. Go to Outbound Warehouse Tasks View
3. With the Query 'Outbound Tasks Not Started', use the quick search with reference to Sales Order DEF or GHI 
4. Query will return message 'No records found'
5. System do not return any Outbound task id's 

The Outbound Warehouse Tasks View is designed in such a way that it handles N:1 Output, i.e. if there are multiple tasks and referenced to a single order, then the reference field will be filled and the query can search the tasks accordingly. It does not matter if the reference of the Sales Order is present in the line items, because the search does not work on the line items from the selection screen.

This is the standard behavior as designed.

Note:Outbound logistics task id that has single Sales Order reference can be retrieved by Sales Order number, However outbound logistics task id that have more than 1 Sales Order reference cannot be retrieved by Sales Order number.
