3061976 - When opening Pay Statement/mashup in EC, system redirects to a different environment or error "The requested operation is not available" is raised

Using Pay Statement (or any other service based on SAML2, such as mashup), you detect that a different environment is opened.
For example, you are using a test system to open payslip/mashup, but instead of getting pay statement/mashup, an error is displayed pointing to productive environment.
Error "The requested operation is not available." could appear instead of the payslip/mashup.
