3061976 - Opening Pay Statement in EC, system redirects to a different environment

Symptom

Using Pay Statement (or any other service based on SAML2), you detect that a different environment is opened.
For example, you are using a test system to open payslip, but instead of getting pay statement, an error is displayed pointing to productive environment.
Error "The requested operation is not available." could appear instead of the payslip.
