3062199 - Item confirmation message when started item

Symptom

Is it possible to remove/hide this message or set the time period when it is shown?

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Learning

Reproducing the Issue

Steps To Reproduce:

1. Enable the CourseHome feature.
2. Assigned the same item to user which they have been already completed in the past.
3. Start/launch the item.

Note : This warning message only occurs when the CourseHome is enabled.

Resolution

This message is not configurable and currently is displayed based on user previous completion.

Product management are working on enhancing it where if item get assigned you will not see the message or add a configuration that would control its visibility.
