Symptom

After upgrade to Oracle 19c, the following issue occurs during BR*Tools job:

BR0301E SQL error -1502 in thread 1 at location stats_tab_validate-2, SQL statement:
'ANALYZE TABLE "SYS"."WRH$_SYSMETRIC_HISTORY" VALIDATE STRUCTURE CASCADE ONLINE'
ORA-01502: index 'SYS.WRH$_SYSMETRIC_HISTORY_INDEX' or partition of such index is in unusable state
BR0893E Validating structure failed for table/cluster SYS.WRH$_SYSMETRIC_HISTORY
