Symptom

[COE0019]Error occurred while fetching attachments after clicking on Onboarding Documents from Onboarding Dashboard> Action

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 

Reproducing the Issue

  • Navigate to Onboarding Dashboard
  • Select a candidate> Click View Details> Click Actions > Onboarding Documents
  • See error  [COE0019]Error occurred while fetching attachments

Cause

  • There are 2 configurations for US_I9 under Admin center > Manage Data > Compliance configuration

Resolution

  • Delete delete duplicate complianceConfigId
  • Run the BizX Daily Rules Processing Batch from Provisioning
  • Test on a new candidate
