3062379 - Skip lot indicator (KZSKIPLOT) is missing for inspection lot

Symptom

Skip lot indicator is not active (field: QALS-KZSKIPLOT is empty) for inspection lot, which should be skip according to the inspection stage.

Status SKIP (I0209 - Skip lot) is also deactivated for the inspection lot.
