3062396 - My Nominations Fiori App is missing the check box for the line items and other buttons are disabled too

Symptom

You start the Fiori Launchpad Fiori app My Nominations (F2231) and notice that the check boxes for the line items are missing. Also you notice that the "Edit", "Copy" and "Advanced Copy" buttons are disabled.
