    1. Click on: Post a question on Crystal Reports on the SAP Community 
        
    2. In Ask a Question, enter your question, or describe your issue:
       - Add a title that briefly describe your question or issue.
       - When writing your question, please share steps you have already performed.
       - Provide specific details, such as the product version you are using.
       - Any error message, ...  
                  
    3. Click on "Submit your Question"
