3062801 - [Onboarding] Multiple compliance form records in onboarding

Symptom

When you login as Onboardee from UK and click on "Complete Compliance Tasks" tile, you can see 3 records of compliance form (UK Starter Checklist). There should be one record.

Reproducing the Issue

When you login as Onboardee from UK and click on "Complete Compliance Tasks" tile, you can see 3 records of compliance form (UK Starter Checklist). There should be one record. 


Resolution

  1. The compliance workflow has been triggered three times as the document flow was not successful for the first two times.
  2. Please retry with a new candidate where the document flow is successful.
  3. Also you can re-start the affected candidate and this should works fine.
