Symptom
After more than 200 days without any emails sent from the custom SMTP service, the configuration is no longer active and emails from SAP Customer Identity (Registration-as-a-Service) emails are being sent from the default "gigya-raas.com" domain instead of the sending domain of the custom SMTP service.
