3063077 - Display Supplier List - Export to Excel - Warning

Symptom

Warning message occurs when exporting document from app 'Display Supplier List'.

"Image/data in this KBA is from SAP internal systems, sample data, or demo systems. Any resemblance to real data is purely coincidental."

Environment

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Enter app 'Display Supplier List'.
  2. Add parameters like supplier or company code. 
  3. Select Go and display the list.
  4. Export the list by selecting the Export button.
  5. Warning message pops up:

Display_Supplier_List_warning

Cause

The warning message is technically added because in case of massive data set the export is too long.

Therefore there is no count for the export configuration anymore.

Resolution

Select 'Export' and continue the export.
