How to show the resume checkbox and the comment box when setting up interviews?

• Resume checkbox

Please define the standard "resume" field and grant the read permission to operators in the Job Application XML template.

Note: The checkbox is shown as unchecked by default. It is hidden if there is no resume attached to the job application.

• Comment box

Please defined the standard field "hiringManagerNote" and grant the write permission to operators in the Job Requisition XML template.
