3063124 - Error 06 218 - net price must be greater than 0 - appears when PO item with condition scale used

Error 06 218 - net price must be greater than 0 - appears when Purchase Order (PO) item with condition scale used.

For example: you have purchase order with two items, same materials ordered in both items (!), and both items got the same info record reference. 

Info record's PB00 gross price condition got scale for example as:
From

• 91 PC 300,00 EUR
• 182 PC 280,00 EUR
• 273 PC 240,00 EUR

The PO items' quantities are 270 and 80.

Having the 2nd item with such quantity (80) which is lower than starting quantity of scale means that at new pricing or new similar item input no price found from scale (hence 06 218 error comes).

But with pressing CHECK or SAVE button you expect that system groups the two items' quantity together (270+80) and by that find the 240 price but instead of this just error comes that netprice must be greater than 0 for item 2.
