Requisitioner/ Requestor field blank App: Monitor Purchase Requisition Line Items

Reproducing the Issue

  1. App: Monitor Purchase Requisition Line Items
  2. search for the PR in question and found that these fields "Requisitioner/Requestor" are blank

Cause

During the creation of the Purchase Requisition, the "Requisitioner" field is not filled.

Resolution

During the creation of the Purchase Requisition, its necessary to fill the "Requisitioner" field along with other required fields that are showed in the App: Monitor Purchase Requisition Line items.

After that, the "Requisitioner/Requestor" fields will reflect the entry that was made in the field.
