3063318 - Mass Offer Approval - Country/Region Field (Picklist) Behavior

• When using Mass Offer Approval functionality, the Country/Region field (picklist) is read only and it does not allow user to select a value from a dropdown.
  However, when creating an offer approval via application using the "Take action" -> "Offer" -> "Offer Approval", the country field picklist is editable and allows user to select a value from the picklist.
  
  
  
  
• When sending for approval, it throws a validation error that Country/Region is a required field while a value has been selected.
