3063318 - Mass Offer Approval - Country/Region Field (Picklist) Behavior

• When using Mass Offer Approval functionality, the Country/Region field (picklist) is read only and it does not allow user to select a value from a dropdown.
  However, when creating an offer approval via application using the "Take action" -> "Offer" -> "Offer Approval", the country field picklist is editable and allows user to select a value from the picklist.
  
  
  
  
• When sending for approval, it throws a validation error that Country/Region is a required field while a value has been selected.

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

1. Go to Recruiting >
2. Click on the Offers tab for the Mass offer approval
3. Select Status "Draft" > Select Requisition Template > Select Offer Template > 
4. Select a few candidates
5. Click Next and you will see that the Country picklist is in read only state

When the field "country" is configured as picklist in the Offer Detail template, it will not be editable. 

Please define the field "country" with the attribute required="false" in the Offer Detail template to bypass the validation error.

This is a gap in Mass Offer Approval feature. As of right now this is an expected behavior. Product Management has this on the roadmap as a future enhancement, however there is no timeline on when it will be fixed.
