3063333 - Employee Referral Program - token [[Recruiting_ERP_Jobreferral_URL]] not working correctly

Symptom

Scenario:
The feature Employee Referral Program configured.
Trigger Name: "Employee Referral Program Candidate referred to a job requisition (new candidate)." is configured and linked to an email template using the supported tokens.

Issue:
One of the supported tokens [[RECRUITING_ERP_JOBREFERRAL_URL]] does not always work correctly behaving inconsistently.
