3063333 - Token [[Recruiting_ERP_Jobreferral_URL]] not working correctly - Recruiting Management

Employee Referral Program is configured and the trigger "Employee Referral Program Candidate referred to a job requisition (new candidate)" is configured and linked to an email template using the supported tokens. However one of the supported tokens [[RECRUITING_ERP_JOBREFERRAL_URL]] does not always work as expected.

The same email template is being used in the triggers "Employee Referral Program Candidate referred to a job requisition (new candidate)" and  "Email Job to Friend"

Do not use the same the same email template for both triggers. To solve the issue, remove the email template from the trigger "Email Job to Friend".

Please also note that the URL generated by the token [[RECRUITING_ERP_JOBREFERRAL_URL]] is an one-time use token only (same as for [[RECRUITING_PASSWORD_RESET_URL]]).
