SAP SuccessFactors Employee Profile 

1. Go to Employee Profile to add a background element, you will see the pencil icon and a plus sign icon
   
   
   
2.  Select a background element to add data. After adding two records, only pencil icon is available
   
   
   

   This is because of the max-entries configuration in the XML data model for background elements.
