3063424 - [ONB] Compliance Document Signature Task completion Notification is not triggered

When candidate completes the Compliance signature step, Compliance Document Signature Task completion Notification is not triggered.

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

1. Complete the Compliance signature step for the candidate

2. Login to the system

3. Go to email services -> Email status

4. Compliance Document Signature Task completion Notification is not triggered  for the candidate

The recipient builder used in the "to recipient builder" while configuring the email is incorrect.

For the compliance related emails the "to recipient" builder that needs to be used is Compliance Role-Based Recipient Builder

Go to Email services -> (ONB) Compliance Document Signature task completion Template

Under Define Email Content section there is To recipient builder

The To recipient builder should be set as Compliance Role-Based Recipient Builder.
