The publishing of the extensibility object can take a while when other processes are still running for app deletion.

The combination of several publishing processes running at the same time and many roles in the system can lead to longer processing times as each process has to check the roles in the system.

One possibility to reduce the running times is to start a publishing processes after the last one is finished so that there are not too many in the queue.

 To keep track of the currently running process, you can also check the app "Display Publishing Processes", which shows a few more details.
