3063541 - Pre-Screening Question Library Search and Case Sensitivity - Recruiting Management

When I search from the Job Requisition for Pre-Screening Questions in the library, if I use capital letters or lower case letters, I get different results.

Image/data in this KBA is from SAP internal systems, sample data, or demo systems. Any resemblance to real data is purely coincidental.

1. Try to add a Question on your JR
2. Search for a work with Capital letter
3. You get one set of results
   
4.  Search the same keyword with lower case, I get a different set of results
   

Expected behavior.

The library tool is a legacy tool and have its limitations, so this is the way it was designed to work.

Product management expect to have the whole questions feature reworked and improved in the feature but there is no date commitment yet.

You may raise an Enhancement Request for your idea / suggestion and then create a topic on Customer Community to give visibility on this Request.
