3063637 - Data Point Comments disappear after a certain time (every day)

Data Point Comments not saved in private versions for non admin users", we have the suspect that all our data point comments vanish after a day.

During the model update, the request to update the context in Commenting Service fails

Due to this, the context is not getting updated for previously added comments.

Whenever a new comment is added after the model update, the Commenting DB would become inconsistent and hence older comments are not retrieved.

This issue is fixed now and release is planned to be completed by June 3rd. 

The release is for Micro service and not in the SAC UI, therefore there wont be any change in the SAC version.
