3063672 - User Profile Email Template Set Used Instead of Application Email Template Set During Identity Provisioning Sync

Symptom

After configuring a custom Application Email Template Set (e.g., for SuccessFactors) in Identity Authentication (IAS) following the official SAP documentation, newly created users still receive activation emails based on the default "User Profile" template set instead of the expected application-specific template set.

This occurs specifically when users are created in a source system (e.g., SuccessFactors) and provisioned to Identity Authentication via Identity Provisioning (IPS).
