3063796 - Customizing (SSCUI) entries are different in Q and P system

Symptom

  • There are variations in displaying the customized SSCUI entries in Q and P system.
  • SSCUI entries are missing in P-system.

Environment

SAP S/4HANA Cloud

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Open SSCUI 100066 in P and Q system.
  2. Click on configure button.

Cause

No solution file exist in P-system

Resolution

  1. Fiori SSCUI in Q system would display data depending on customer scoped solution hence it will display 
    data present in the corresponding installation file for the country version selected.
  2. Fiori SSCUI in P system would display the complete table/view data i.e. irrelevant of any country version 
    because no solution files exist in P system.

Note: To view the entries in Q, respective country version needs to selected in the Manage your solution app.
