3064050 - DayOneLocation token is not being populated in email services - Onboarding 2.0

Symptom

  • DayOneLocation token is not being populated in the '(ONB) Prepare for Onboardee First Day Template' email.

Environment

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Login to the instance
  2. Go to Email Services.
  3. Filter by Trigger '(ONB) Prepare for Onboardee First Day Trigger'.
  4. Find the email with subject 'Need your input for the test candidate.
  5. Open the email body
  6. See that the token DayOneLocation is not populating any values.

Cause

There was no 'Location' details were provided for the candidate under jobInformation portlet.

Resolution

The value for token "DayOneLocation" is fetched from whereToGoActivity if configured. Hence, make sure that the location information from jobInfo of the candidate is present.
