3064075 - Standard Data Source - Activity Task (CRMTKAHB)

You are using the report Standard Data Source - Activity Task (CRMTKAHB) to retrieve  data for the following reports, but the same is not populated.

Activity Contact - Main Contact - Task
Activity Contact - Task
Activity Unit - Main Contact - Task
Employee Responsible - Main Contact - Task

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Go to the Business Analytics work center.
2. Select the Design Data Sources subview, below Data Sources view.
3. Search for the data source CRMTKAHB.
4. Click Preview.
5. Go to the View tab.
6. Add the following fields as Rows:
   Activity Contact - Main Contact - Task
   Activity Contact - Task
   Activity Unit - Main Contact - Task
   Employee Responsible - Main Contact - Task
7. Go to the Selection tab.
8. Click the value box of the field Activity Contact - Task.
9. Enter the expected Task.
10. Click Apply

System returns the hashtag (#) symbol for the fields.

The report will only populate data in the entered fields, based on the "Related Contacts" information which has to be maintained in the task.

This is the expected system behavior.

To solve this, please maintain the Related Contacts data within the task.

1. Go to the Account Management work center.
2. Select the Activities views.
3. Select the All Activity Tasks.
4. Select task ABC (ABC represents the ID of the Task).
5. Click Edit.
6. Navigate to the Involved Parties tab.
7. Select any Party Role.
8. Navigate to the Related Contacts subtab.
9. Click Add Row.
10. Enter a name by clicking on the value box.
11. Click Save.

Now the value will update in the report.
