3064459 - Not possible to see the option Job profile, skills or competencies in Configure Object Definitions

After enabling Job Profile Builder (JPB) in Provisioning, in Admin Center > Configure Object Definitions the option Job profile, skills or competencies is not available.

SAP SuccessFactors Job Profile Builder

1. Go to Admin Center > Configure Object Definitions;
2. In the Search Object Definition type Job Profile or skills or competencies;
3. Option is not available:
   
   
   

In Provisioning > Company Settings if the setting "JDMv2.0" to enable JPB is checked, and the options do not show up in the Configure Object Definition search box, it is possible that the object did not sync successfully.

First, make sure Job Profile Builder is correctly enabled in Provisioning, by following the instructions in the KBA 2383059 - How to enable Job Profile Builder.

Once JPB enablement is confirmed to be correct, it is necessary to run the MDF to DB Sync job. This job is available only in Provisioning, so to complete this task you will need to engage your Implementation Partner or open a request with SAP Product Support, under component LOD-SF-CJ-JPB.

Customers has the possibility to directly run this job from the Admin Center, however the prerequisite is that it was previously created at least once from Provisioning. For more information, please check the KB Article 2534674.

Instructions for Partners & Support:

1. Login into Provisioning;
2. Go to Manage Scheduled Jobs page;
3. Click create new job button;
4. Select MDF Object Definition To DB SYNC from dropdown;
5. Select valid user name and provide a job name;
6. Create job;
7. Click run it Now on action tab;
8. Once the job is completed (check it under Monito Jobs), go back to Provisioning homepage and under MDF Cache Tool, Clear MDF cache.
