3064656 - Error: "Remote database is down" for replication through HANAAdapter remote source

• SDI replication hang for replication through HANA remote source.
• Error from framework.trc file:

  [ERROR] HanaTransScanner | HanaTransScanner.throwWorkerException - Remote database is down. HANA Data Provisioning Server will try reconnecting at fixed intervals until success. The interval is configurable via the parameter <framework.maintenancePeriod> in dpserver.ini.
