Symptom

In Vendor Invoice Management (VIM), when accessing the VIM Workplace (WP) or VIM Analytics (VA2), the invoice image is unavailable. A white background is displayed in the Detail pane.  When the PDF document is opened via the attachment list, the document is shown.
